POW WEEK 10
FRESHMAN DIVISION
The Wild's Tyler Moshes recorded 10 goals in 2 Championship Games to lead his team to the top of the mountain and become Freshman Division Champions
SOPHOMORE DIVISION
This, by far, has been one of the best, and most exciting weeks in the Sophomore Division in a long time. We have witnessed tremendous hockey being played as scorers are scoring, snipers are shooting, playmakers are playing and goalies seem to be making big save after save. This week, we honor someone who doesn't put up numbers on the stat sheet, or stand out in the spotlight, but his athleticism is spectacular! This week's honors goes to Ducks Goaltender, Christopher Buckheit because he's not even a goalie! He's taken one for the team and will do whatever it takes to win. He's made some impressive saves in the Championship Series and is trying his very best for his teammates. Great job, Christopher!
JUNIOR DIVISION
They say defense wins Championships and here is another reason why. A very solid Golden Knights Team finally gained some momentum in the Championship Series as they battled back in Game 2. After being down 4-0 at the half, it was soon 4-3 and then, defense won the Canucks their Championship. POW Honors go to Anthony Gomez who made save after save in the later stages of the 2nd half to not only earn his team the win but to graduate from BMRH (as a High School Senior) on top. It was one hell of a ride!
