WEEK 1 RECAP

Panthers 10 - Devils 5

After a few days of consecutive rain, our Spring League was finally underway. This game was close as the Cats led 5-4 heading into the 3rd Period. They broke away scoring five 3rd period goals to earn the first victory of the season. Frank Figueiredo was wheelin' and dealin' setting up goal after goal. Frank ended up with a goal and 4 assists. Landon Gallagher scored 5 goals, and in his first game ever, Sarosh Hasan scored twice! Aiden Kaminsky recorded his first ever BMRH win between the pipes. The Devils had 5 unassisted goals and were led by Colin Jewels (2 goals) and Christopher Mazzie (1 goal). 

Red Wings 10 - Capitals 9  OT

In the first Sophomore Division game of the season, we couldn't have asked for anything else: a barn burner that was decided in sudden death! The Wings Vincent Lane recorded the game winner to complete his hat trick (also had an assist) and give his team the Dub. Goaltender James Carlin, earned his first ever victory (between the pipes) in the division. Christopher Keane recorded 2 goals and assisted on 3 others while Rocco Avena finished with 3 points (2 goals and an assist). The Caps were led by Jordan Lass who recorded a hat trick and an assist while Noah Corcoran also recorded a hat trick. Adam Bermudez (2 points) and Nicholas Pellegrino (2 points) each finished with a goal and an assist. 

Kings 11 - Coyotes 3

The Kings led after the first period, 3-1, and never looked back as they earned their first victory of the season. Richard Postiglione (3 goals, 2 assists) and Sam Stawinski (3 goals) each recorded a hat trick! Sean Seidenstein scored and added 3 assists and Jagger Kalka scored twice. For the Yotes, Theo Papadopoulos recorded 2 assists while Nikolas Kossack, Michele Izzo and scored. 

Ducks 9 - Avalanche 7

The Avs led by a few goals at the half but the Ducks storm back to get the W. Patrick Casserly led the Ducks scoring 4 goals and adding 2 assists. Nicholas Liguori scored 2 goals and added an assist while Christopher Buckheit recorded the W in goal. The Avs Frank Brown recorded 4 goals while Jake Seidman finished with a goal and 2 assists.
