WEEK 10 RECAP

Blackhawks 6 - Sharks 4

The Sharks fought hard and kept this game close as they were led by Nick Zummo and his 2 goals. Paul Pedota added 2 assists but the Blackhawks seem to be back on track and winning games. Brandon Bucci recorded 4 goals while Liam Wilson added 2 goals and 2 assists in the win. This now sets up the final game of the regular season as the winner of the Kings and Hawks will automatically go to the finals. 

Blackhawks 7 - Kings 6

After some back and forth goal scoring, the Hawks started to pull away and it appeared to be all said and done half way through but the Kings didn't quit. They battled to make it a one goal game, unfortunately, they ran out of time. Erik Lanzer recorded a hatty and an assist while Shane Russo added a goal and an assist. For the Blackhawks, Jack Sarosy recorded a hatty and Liam Wilson scored and added 2 key assists to help move the Hawks to the final round. 

Kings 8 - Sharks 7 OT

In a one game playoff, anything can happen and the Sharks played their best hockey of the season vs. the Kings. This one was back and forth as we were all tied up at the half and also tied at the end of regulation. Shane Russo continued his magical season and buried the overtime winner. Shane had 4 goals on the evening and added an assist. Erik Lanzer had a big night recording 3 assists while Nico Buglione scored twice and assisted on 3 others. Jake Paul led the Sharks and continued his point streak into the Playoffs recording a hat trick and assisting on 2 other goals. Nick Zummo continues to dominate in the Playoffs as he added 4 more points (1 goal, 3 assists) to his resume. John Imperiale added 2 goals as well. The Sharks needed someone to play tendy and Isabelle B. stepped up to the task. She provided a solid performance for her 1st ever appearance in between the pipes.
