Junior Division Finals - Game 1

Kings 11 - Blackhawks 3

These teams have played some great hockey vs. one another this season so nobody expected a lopsided victory to occur in this series. Unfortunately, that's what happened here. Aidan Victorio scored 2 goals while Dan Daly had the other for the Hawks. Nicholas Brent had a breakout performance as he recorded a hat trick while Stephen Heine and Division M.V.P. Shane Russo recorded 2 a piece. The Kings had 4 other goal scorers while Thomas Primrose kept the pucks out of the net in the win. 

Junior Division Finals - Game 2

Blackhawks 8 - Kings 7 OT

Game 2 of the Finals was more of what we originally expected as both teams scored goals, built a lead and then watched as their opponent battled back. The Kings were led by Stephen Heine who recorded a hat trick and Nico Buglione who scored twice. Erik Lanzer's (3 points) goal late in the game forced overtime. For the Hawks, Jack Sarosy recorded a hat trick and added an assist while Brandon Bucci and Brian Justiniano scored twice. Justiniano's goal in overtime forced a deciding Game 3.
