WEEK 4 RECAP

Maple Leafs 10 - Blue Jackets 9

At the half, the Leafs led 3-2. By the end of the evening, 14 more goals were scored in this entertaining back and forth battle. Jake Seidman recorded 7 points (6 goals, 1 assist), and Rocco Marino 4 points (3 goals, 1 assist) led the scoring attack for the Blue Jackets. For the Leafs, Thomas Ryan led the way setting up play after play and recording 6 assists. Frankie Smart scored 4 goals (and added an assist), and Lucas Senicola scored 4 as well. Michael Shevlin earns the dub in goal as the Leafs force a 3-way tie for 2nd place in the division. 

Flames 11 - Bruins 3

The Flames remain undefeated as Brendan Hoefenkrieg's 7 points (4 goals, 3 assists), and Gavin Kane's hat trick moved them to 4-0 on the season. Justin Primrose and John Tamm each added 2 goals a piece. The Bruins Colin Jewels led the team with 3 points (2 goals, 1 assist). 

Stars 8 - Blues 3

Nikolas Kossack continues to dominate the division as he had another big game performance for the Stars. Nikolas recorded 4 goals and 1 assist in this matchup. Londyn Messemer (1goal, 1 assist), Naveed Khan (1 goal), and John Cusumano (1 goal), each scored their first goals of the season. Joseph Postiglione scored for the Blues and Sean Seidenstein added an assist. 

Hurricanes 7 - Predators 4

The shorthanded Preds hung in there with the undefeated Canes all night long but the Canes were able to pull away with a few mins remaining. Joseph Adamo finished the evening with 5 points (4 goals, 1 assist), and Jeffrey Arale added a goal and 2 assists. In the loss, Jake Guarino had 3 points (2 goals, 1 assist). 

Flames 9 - Golden Knights 1

Justin Primrose leads the Flames to victory as he totaled 5 points (3 goals,  2 assists). Domenico Cusumano (1 goal) and Nicholas Kute (1 assist) also added points to the score sheet. For the Golden Knights, Tyler Zak strikes again as he scored his 18th goal of the season. 

Blues 14 - Red Wings 13

This was nothing but a statistician's nightmare as this game resulted in 27 goals and just as many assists! Joseph Taglia's second goal of the game ended up being the game winner on the final shift of the game. He finished with 2 goals and 2 assists. Zachary Balnis scored and had 4 assists, and Thomas Pagnanelli scored a hat trick and added an assist. Thomas Blondel earned the win in goal. Sam Stawinski (4 goals, 4 assists), Matteo Tseretopoulos (4 goals, 2 assists), and William Brucia (2 goals, 1 assist) lwd the Wings in their loss. 

Wild 13 - Predators 5

The Predators woes continue as they were short-handed and blown out in this matchup. Nicholas Liguori led the way offensively totaling 4 points (3 goals, 1 assist). Everyone contributed for the Wild in this one. Hunter Paul recorded 8 points (3 goals, 5 assists), and so did Anthony Catanzarita who scored 7 goals and had an assist. Vincent Catalfomo and Brandon Catalina each finished with a goal and 2 assists.
