WEEK 7 RECAP

FRESHMAN DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP GAME 1

Flyers 9 - Bruins 4

At the end of the 1st Period, we were all tied at 2. Then the Flyers ran away with it scoring six 2nd Period goals.  Brady Weiner (1 goal, 2 assists), John Montefusco (hat trick) and Sam Stawinski (hat trick) all recorded 3 points in the victory. Robert DiMonda (2 goals), Ethan Banks and Jase Kavanagh were the goal scorers for the B's.

Penguins 12 - Jets 9

This one was a barn burner as the Pens earn their 6th victory of the season. Michael Liguori recorded 4 goals while brother, Nicholas Liguori finished the evening with 7 points (3 goals and 4 assists). The Jets Brayden Padula scored 5 goals in the loss. 

Canadiens 12 - Penguins 6

After losing a few straight, the Canadiens seem back to their winning ways as they get their 2nd dub in a row. It's perfect timing as we head into the Playoffs. Alex Distefano scored 9 goals putting his total to 50 on the season. Lincoln Kelly added a goal and an assist in the victory. The Pens Nicholas Liguori recorded 2 goals, Aidan Kavanagh recorded 2 assists and Patrick Casserly finished with 1 goal and an assist, in the loss. 

FRESHMAN DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP GAME 2

Flyers 5 - Bruins 2

The Flyers sweep the series and are crowned Fall League Champions! Jake Lamonica (1 goal and 1 assist) and Sam Stawinski (2 goals) led the Flyers to victory and took control of the 1st line. Daniel Trafficanda and Brady Weiner each scored a goal while Lucia and John Montefusco added assists. The B's had a great season but came up just short. Aiden Dwojak made some big saves and kept the games close while Jase Kavanagh (1 goal, 1 assist) and John Tamm scored the B's goals.
